The purpose of A&BC workshops is to provide participants with practical tools for increasing organizational performance, growth and stability. This year A&BC will provide a serious focus on fundraising for all levels of experience. Entry level and emerging, established and experienced, A&BC will have something for your organization.

Marketing Workshops

The Arts & Business Council of Greater Phoenix is one of fourteen cities nationwide to participate in the National Arts Marketing Project (NAMP), an innovative program sponsored by American Express, to help arts groups develop new audiences and increase marketing skills. The Workshop program and training is open to ALL nonprofit organizations.

Attracting new audiences, new clients and new patrons through creative marketing is critical to the vitality of the entire nonprofit sector. NAMP workshops are comprehensive and varied and are designed particularly for executive directors, managers, marketing professionals and working boards.

NAMP Certification

The National Arts Marketing Project (NAMP), sponsored by American Express, is pleased to announce that it will award certificates to participants completing six (6) marketing workshops.

The NAMP Certificate of Completion in Basic Arts Marketing recognizes arts managers in small and mid-sized organizations who have completed the training needed to effectively market their organization and develop new audiences.

Requirements

A minimum of six (6) Marketing Workshops for a total of 21 hours over three consecutive years, to include:

  • Basic Marketing: Marketing Plan
  • Basic Marketing: Marketing Research
  • Basic Marketing: Branding
  • Three (3) additional NAMP workshops or the individual’s choice.

    Management Workshops
